Terms and conditions

1. Scope
This website sells custom digital illustration services provided by Order or Caras SRL.

2. Ordering & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. After successful payment, you receive an email confirmation (if an email address is provided) and we begin work based on your brief/references.

3. Brief, Revisions, and Deliverables
Each order includes up to 2 minor revisions. Additional revisions or changes in scope may incur extra fees agreed in advance. Deliverables are digital files (e.g., PNG/JPG; vector formats on request).

4. Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed securely via a licensed payment processor. Invoices are issued in Romania. All amounts are due in full at the time of order unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Unless expressly transferred in writing, Order or Caras SRL retains copyright. The client receives personal or commercial usage rights as agreed in the order. Extended/exclusive rights and transfer of copyright require a separate written agreement.

6. Delivery Time
Standard delivery: 30 business days after payment and receipt of complete materials. Times may vary by complexity.

7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., outages, platform failures, force majeure).

8. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled amicably or by competent courts in Brașov, Romania.
